In collaboration with the Medical Director/Section Chair/Department Chair, the Administrative Director provides strategic leadership and administrative direction for continuous improvement and development in their area of responsibility (AOR). The Administrative Director ensures the accomplishment of the organization’s mission through creating an infrastructure that enhances clinical and financial outcomes, assures the highest quality patient satisfaction and service, facilitates market growth while attracting and retaining highly qualified employees and physicians.
Education and Learning:
Master's degree in a related field
3-4 years of experience in a management position in healthcare.
License and Certifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice in the state of employment, some positions may require multiple licenses
