The Director of Emergency and Trauma Services has oversight and responsibility for staff and patients and in their department, and ensures that quality nursing care is rendered to all patients in accordance with the Washington State Nurse Practice Act, Tri-State Memorial Hospital policies and procedures, CMS regulations and DNV guidelines. S/he manages the operations of the department to meet patient care, staffing, and financial standards and participates in maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse license
- Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification card
- Current ACLS
- Current PALS
- Current TNCC or meets annual training requirements per WA State trauma designation
- Previous ED management experience; preferably in a Critical Access Hospital environment
