The CNO will be responsible for all nursing operations and will serve as a member of the hospital's senior leadership team. Must provide vision, leadership, clinical knowledge base and operational expertise to create a clinical/nursing division which exceed standards of nursing excellence. CNO will oversee the planning, organizing, implementing & integration of clinical nursing services. Has authority and responsibility for all nursing standards of care and practice.
Must work collaboratively in designing and implementing new programs, in identifying and negotiating resolution of significant issues. Must also work to ensure the development and implementation of the appropriate systems and practices to deliver efficient and cost-effective patient care.
BSN and Masters required, preferable MSN. Eight years of progressive nursing management experience required. Indiana RN licensure or eligible required.
