The Director � Wound Center will oversee two campuses toinclude in-patient/out-patient:
AbrazoArrowhead Campus Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Center - located in Glendale,AZ, approximately 20 miles north of downtown Phoenix.
Abrazo Arizona Heart Hospital - located in the northeast area of the city of Phoenix.
We provide state-of-the-art technology, advanced wound caretechniques and experienced teams of health care professionals to help healdifficult and chronic wounds.
Our Wound care and Hyperbaricmedicine provides comprehensive care which includes the assessment of systemicand localized factors affecting wound healing. A multidisciplinary approachensures individualized patient care in order to optimize a positive outcome.Our team includes general, vascular and plastic surgeons, podiatrists,certified wound care specialists, nurses, hyperbaric nurses, and physicians whoare trained in hyperbaric medicine.
Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officersupports the delivery of ambulatory care across specialties, and providesoperational leadership to clinical operations in both hospital-based andoutpatient ambulatory settings.
Responsible for developing and/or organizing systemsand/or programs common to all ambulatory clinics including but not limited to,facilities planning and maintenance for multiple ambulatory facilities,information systems, policies and procedures for regulatory compliance, medicalrecord information flow, patient satisfaction, patient flow and access acrossservices, policies and procedures for regulatory compliance, serviceavailability and quality management/improvement.
Required: Bachelor�s degree in Nursing or Business, Health Care Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred: Master�s degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related field.
Required: 5 - 7 years of progressively more responsible experience in ambulatory operations, facilities administration, physician practice administration, management services organization or related area including three years leadership/supervisory experience
Must have operational and program development experience in Wound Care to implement and achieve action plans for profitability, patient outcomes, and quality.
