Develops and implements initiatives to expandand maximize the effectiveness of the services, including targeted performanceimprovement initiatives for all areas.
Promotes the development and implementation ofbest practices and the cultivation of a highly efficient patient flow process.
Collaborates with the nursing and medical staffleadership on issues related to service delivery, technology and equipment,capital planning, revenue generation and enhancement, and all other relatedadministrative matters.
Coordinates resource to meet patient caredemands.
Ensures programs and services are in compliancewith hospital and corporate policies as well as federal, state, and localagency regulations
Current RN license in Massachusetts
MS in Nursing or BSN with an MBA
Required: Minimum 5years demonstrated work experience in an acute care hospital leadership rolewith progressive management to the senior level, overseeing multipleclinical departments.
Highly Preferred: RN experience in Emergency Room, Critical Care, PCU, Telemetry
