Directs the clinical operation of assigned program/department. Leads and coordinates key strategic development and functional services to support department objectives and organizational goals. Manages department finances, including budgeting and control of salary, non-salary, and capital investment expenses. Responsible for all aspects of human resource management within the assigned department. Ensures the provision of consistent, available, qualified staff to meet the needs of patient populations, and achieve departmental service objectives of the organization. Maintains effective and responsive relationships with patients, attending medical staff, and other departments.
