Located near the picturesque and iconic Rockies in Denver Colorado is among the nation’s leading and progressive hospitals. They are seeking a NICU Manager that will develop the structure and process to support an ever-growing unit/team within an ever-changing healthcare environment.

 

Position Focus Nurse Manager NICU

  • Manage a 70 + bed NICU with a 125+FTEs.
  • Develop and implement the departmental strategic plan and annual goals.
  • Provide clinical expertise and collaborative style leadership ensuring team members provide developmental appropriate care.
  • The NICU Manager will report to the Director of the Unit.

Requirements NICU Manager

  • Our client is open to candidates that are looking advance from a Supervisor role
  • BSN and MSN or other Masters in a healthcare-related field required
  • 5 years of nursing experience including 2 years as a Nurse Manager of a NICU.
  • BLS / CPR from the American Heart Association required upon hire.
  • American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) certificate and Magnet recognized Certified preferred.
