Position Focus Director of Orthopedic Services
Supervise all orthopedic services and service line initiatives.
They do approximately 20 procedures per day.
Develop short-term and long-term strategic plans to develop and expand services.
Ensure orthopedic services adhere to Joint Commission standards.
The facility provides a comprehensive range of specialized services such as ambulatory surgery and radiological procedures.
They are TJC accredited and achieve consistently high ratings for quality and patient safety.
They offer a selection of programs for professional and personal growth and financial assistance for education.
Requirements Director of Orthopedic Services
BSN required, and MSN preferred; candidates must be willing to obtain a Master’s degree if they don’t have it already.
3-5 years’ of Operating Room, Orthopedics, or Surgical Services experience.
Must have OR leadership experience.
