Penn Medicine Princeton House Behavioral Health (PHBH) is seeking an experienced nursing leader for Director of Patient Care Services. The Director is responsible for leading nursing services across five clinical units in our 116-bed inpatient facility for the treatment of adults with acute psychiatric disorders and addiction. The Director also works collaboratively with the PHBH Outpatient Services Nurse Coordinator to oversee nursing services in our acute outpatient division which provides partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs to children, adolescents, young adults and adults at six locations throughout the State.

Promote comprehensive treatment approaches from allied therapies including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Music, Art and more.
Mentor and develop clinically expert nursing leaders to advance their management expertise and leadership skills.
Penn Medicine Princeton Health is a comprehensive healthcare system providing acute care hospital services through Princeton Medical Center; behavioral healthcare through Princeton House Behavioral Health; in-home nursing, primary and specialty care through Princeton Medicine Physicians; ambulatory surgery and wellness services.
Princeton House Behavioral Health offers inpatient, partial hospital, and intensive outpatient services for mental health, substance abuse, or co-occurring disorders in children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults, along with specialized programs for men and women.
Education and Experience Criteria:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Master’s Degree required; Master of Science in Nursing preferred.
5 - 8 Years related work experience - must include clinical and administrative practice.
Minimum 5 years of clinical practice in one or more specialty areas, such as psychiatric nursing and addictions.
Minimum 10 years of progressive nursing leadership and management experience. Academic health setting experience is a plus.
Current/Eligible Licensure as Registered Professional Nurse in the State of New Jersey.
ANCC Certification as Advanced Nurse Executive (NEA-BC) preferred or timeline to complete.
Lean Six Sigma training preferred.
