Minimum of 5 yrs nursing experience
Excellent communication skills
This position is for a leader who is dynamic, clinical competent in Emergency Care. Able to function independently and be willing to work in an ever changing environment.
This leader must be committed to the Lean process and must be comfortable leading in a Lean environment.
This leader must hold a BS in nursing and have at least 5 years of progressive leadership experience
