We are searching for an Executive Director/ACNO to perform a wide variety of duties in providing administrative leadership to assigned hospital site. Responsible for daily patient care operations at designated site and for the development of services and recommending organizational programs, based on data analysis. Develop and monitor processes to ensure the highest quality of service is provided to patients and stakeholders within and outside the organization. Responsible for compliance with all regulatory and legal parameters. Foster continuous improvement and development of services based on state-of-the-art, visionary developments in the field. Serve as a role model for standards of behavior and performance. Duties include supervisory responsibility for assigned Patient Care Services departments at assigned hospital site, including responsibility for selection, orientation, and training of personnel; initiation of personnel action recommendations; manpower planning and development; and fiscal accountability for establishing and controlling operating budgets. Duties involve supervisory responsibility for over 200 full time equivalents in terms of personnel.

A Master’s Degree in Nursing, business or healthcare related field from an accredited school or the combination of equivalent knowledge and experience is required; BSN required.
A minimum of seven (7) years of related work experience is required.
Completion of courses in nursing administration and personnel administration are preferred.
Proven ability to direct and respond to change; analyze and create data sources and recommend appropriate action required.
Strong leadership, development and communication skills demonstrated both within and outside of the organization required.
Ability to function effectively as a constructive and respected team member at the governance level of the system required.
