The Service Line Manager forAccess Points is responsible for the strategic oversight, coordination, andgrowth of all health system microhospitals, free-standing ERs (FSEDs) andsimilar access points in the Phoenix and Tucson areas. Primary responsibilityis to grow individual facility volumes, expand market share in the service line,provide coordinated best practices among facilities, and to serve as theprimary point of contact for physicians, executive teams, practices andcommunity stakeholders. The Service Line Manager will also assist Group, Marketand Hospital CSOs to facilitate and carry out strategic initiatives andoutreach activities related to the service line. The Service Line Manager willwork with marketing staff to develop marketing plans for each microhospital andFSED and act as the liaison between microhospitals, FSEDs, full-servicehospitals, clinics, staff, and patients to ensure a collaborative approach topatients� experience and needs. He/she builds, maintains, and oversees theperformance dashboard development and reporting for all microhospitals, FSEDs andother access points in the market. The Service Line Manager workscollaboratively with operations leaders to ensure all providers and accesspoint leaders are engaged and executing industry best practices. The ServiceLine Manager will establish and execute effective initiatives, plans andtactics for programs, physician integration and engagement, and resourceutilization with the objective of increasing growth, quality, efficiency,physician satisfaction and patient experience. He/she leverages system scaleand capability to achieve success. He/she will represent the health system atcommunity events, physician leadership meetings and other forums.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Master's degree in business administration, healthcareadministration or related field.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 3 years of management experience orequivalent combination of education and experience.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 5+ years in a business development related role. Experiencein leadership role in managing specific service line administration.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Advancedinterpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. Ability to translate data intomeaningful information to drive performance metrics.
