Position Summary: Responsible for the strategic leadership, growth, program developmentand operational oversight for neurosciences services and programs across themarket. Works in collaboration with physician and clinical leadership at eachhospital to develop and implement pathways, policies and procedures, andprotocols to ensure the highest level of patient care and outcomes. Developsand implements annual business plan and initiatives to support the continuedgrowth and success of neurosciences services and programs. Establishes andexecutes on effective initiatives, plans and tactics for programs, physicianintegration and engagement, and resource utilization with the objective ofincreasing growth, quality, efficiency, physician satisfaction and patientexperience. Leverage system scale and capability to achieve success.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Master's degree in business administration, healthcareadministration or related field
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5+ years experience in management of service lines orprogram development, including at least 3 years experience in neuroscienceservice line management and development.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Must be able toutilize independent decision-making skills in a wide variety of situations.Requires a high degree of accuracy in the performance of variedresponsibilities. Strong writing and communication skills. Ability to leadstaff to achievement of goals. Computer application skills required. Frequentcontact with employees, physicians, customers, community individuals andvolunteers. Must be self-motivated to complete work in a timely manner to meetdeadlines
