Reporting to the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, the Vice President of Quality and Care Optimization has accountability for collaboratively leading the organization and ensuring that every patient receives the highest standard of care and value. The VP will guide changes to best position the organization for meeting the demands of a dynamic future environment. This position will require broad and advanced knowledge matched with skills that touch nearly every aspect of the organization to drive clinical quality, process efficiency and effectiveness. This role will have a direct impact on NKCH's ability to be the preferred healthcare provider in the Northland.
