Bachelors degree in Nursing or related fields is required. Masters in Nursing, health care or business administration is required. Requires 5-15 years of experience in a women's health care environment. Progressive management experience in health care including budget/financial systems, quality improvement and knowledge of regulatory and accrediting agency standards. Experience leading complex teams and in program development.
