$10,000 bonus incentive with a 2-year employment commitment agreement
As a Nursing Unit Manager, OR, you will have a 24 hour responsibility at the unit level for planning, facilitating, and evaluating patient care services, personnel, and budgeting process. You will understand the needs of the organization and support the mission, values, and management of patient care services.

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Required
Master’s Degree in Nursing Preferred
2 Years of Management Experience in a Direct Area of Responsibility Required
5 Years of Nursing Experience in a Related Area Required
Registered Nurse Required
National Certification in nursing Required Within 1 Year of Hire
