Nursing Unit Manager - OR

As a Nursing Unit Manager, OR, you will have a 24 hour responsibility at the unit level for planning, facilitating, and evaluating patient care services, personnel, and budgeting process. You will understand the needs of the organization and support the mission, values, and management of patient care services.

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, days
• Weekends: as needed
• Call requirements: yes

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Required
• Master’s Degree in Nursing Preferred

Experience Requirements:

• 2 Years of Management Experience in a Direct Area of Responsibility Required
• 5 Years of Nursing Experience in a Related Area Required

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

• Registered Nurse Required
• National Certification in nursing Required Within 1 Year of Hire
