You Need: This highly visible role requires a NYS-RN license/registration, BSN, Master’s degree (MSN preferred) and a minimum of 10 years of related progressive clinical operational experience. Nursing Specialty Certification (Clinical or Leadership) required. Pediatric oncology experience highly desirable. A demonstrated track record in process improvement/redesign of clinical operations, and excellent communication skills are crucial. |
