Louisiana Behavioral Health is a partnership between Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport and Oceans Healthcare, two Louisiana-based providers leading the transformation of behavioral health care through evidence-based, patient-centered treatment for adults and seniors.
We are looking for a dynamic Chief Nursing Officer to lead the clinical function for our new and expanding behavioral health services in Louisiana.

Identifies and implements the strategic direction for the development of superior nursing care consistent with the Core Convictions.
Develops an Oceans Healthcare teamwork-oriented culture, working in conjunction with all other clinical disciplines to ensure an excellent patient experience.
Provides leadership and direction in the strategies to promote the recruitment, retention, and recognition of nursing staff.
Promotes an inclusive, diverse work environment and culture.
Accountable for nursing performance improvement and contributions to problem identification, investigation and monitoring of resolutions in providing quality care and customer satisfaction.
Works with community leaders as appropriate to assess community healthcare needs, build a positive hospital image and market hospital services. Actively participates in his/her community through civic and other service. Demonstrates appropriate political savvy, tact and diplomacy.
