The RN - Clinical Supervisor, BHMA is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of their area. The Supervisor will assist the Practice Administrator and providers with the delivery of quality nursing services- daily MD assignments, care coordination with case management/discharge planners, ensure physicians complete all documentation in a timely manner, carry triage pager and assist with rotation of admits, consults, and transfers, assist with patient discharges. The Supervisor will ensure use of order sets, as well as provide patient education, and follow up with discharged patients timely.
