Join the University Medical Center of El Paso (UMC) as a Director of Quality Management (Director) with our UMC Neighborhood Healthcare Centers. In this position, you will be responsible for leading key components of compliance, quality, performance improvement, meaningful use, Primary Care Medical Home (PCMH) activities and Rural Health program guidelines. You will be responsible and accountable for clinic initiatives which comply with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards and will provide clinical high-level support for process and operational clinic initiatives.
The Director identifies and prioritizes activities related to specific projects and/or improvement opportunities. Identifies clinical measures and education opportunities; properly addresses related activities. Works in coordination with Practice Management, other Joint Commission Organizational Quality and Regulatory departments, and contracted organizations in the development of clinical and comprehensive service delivery systems, organizational development, data analysis, and community development.
