The NIH Clinical Center Nursing Department is seeking a GS 13 Nurse Consultant for the Office of Recruitment Outreach and Workforce Management. Serves as a senior specialist with responsibilities focused on activities related to the management of human capital programs including but not limited to retention, recruitment, outreach, staff engagement, succession planning, workforce development and talent management.
