Kirby Bates Associates has been exclusively retained by Conway Regional Health System to conduct a search for their next Director of Women’s Services & Neonatal Services.

Conway Regional Medical Center, a Magnet designated organization, offers 16 LDRP birthing suites, 2 ORs, Nursery/level II NICU, with 1,000 births per year.  The Director is responsible for service line operations, and works with the Nursing staff, Administration, and the Medical staff to provide evidence based, quality care.

The Conway, AR, area offers lakes, hiking trails, waterfalls and caves, there is so much to do outdoors!

Opportunity Highlights:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree, one of which must be in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse licensed in Arkansas or eligible to obtain licensure.
• Five years of progressively responsible leadership experience and five years of clinical experience.
• Specialty or leadership certification preferred.
