The VP Nursing & Chief Nursing Officer provides leadership in the daily operations of St. Francis Medical Center and St. Francis Hospital - Interquest. Responsible and accountable for leading hospital clinical operations by working through directors and other health care team members in providing patient care 24 hours/day and 7 days/week. Embodies the tenants of high reliability and strongly supports clinical nurse driven shared governance. Is a visible leader that champions our continued Magnet designation and exercises accountability for nursing care wherever it is provided in the hospital.
