POSITION:  Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President, Operations, Northwest Community Hospital  COMPANY:  Endeavor Health REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:  The Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President, Operations, Northwest Community Hospital (CNO/VP) will report to the President, Endeavor Health Northwest Community.
