This position will be responsible for clinical, administrative, and operational activities of the Children’s & Women’s Hospital’s surgical programs; this role will be responsible for the development and implementation of periprocedural optimization, sterile processing, doctors preference harmonization, perioperative tray standardization, perioperative safety and quality as well as policy and workflow management, interventional radiology nursing practice & standards, and vascular access team; in coordination with the surgical committees, leads efficient administrative and day-to-day operational aspects of all perioperative and sterile processing department programs and activities; assists in the development of a governance mode, leadership structure, staffing levels for the perioperative
