The Vice President - Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), West Central Region will be a transformational leader that sets and promotes the mission, vision, and values of IU Health and advances contemporary nursing practice. The Chief Nursing Officer will create a productive environment and ensure the delivery of safe, timely, efficient, effective, equitable, and patient centered care. The CNO must articulate and embody the IU Health Way and lead through the IU Health Values of Team, Purpose, Compassion, and Excellence. This leader ensures and fosters a high level of collaboration within a highly matrixed team environment in the development, implementation, and maintenance of nursing strategic and operational priorities. The CNO ensures leader development at all levels of the organization and ca
