UP Health System - Marquette has exclusively retained Kirby Bates Associates to lead a national search for a Service Line Administrator, Heart and Vascular Institute.
UP Health System, part of Lifepoint Health includes three primary hospitals-Bell, Marquette, and Portage. UP Health System - Marquette (UPHSM) is a regional referral center and a 222-bed specialty care hospital that provides care in 65 specialties and subspecialties with 42 primary and specialty care clinics. UPHSM’s major services include the Heart & Vascular Institute, Cancer Center, Brain & Spine Center, Rehabilitation Center, Behavioral Health, Digestive Health, Bariatric Medicine & Weight Management Center and Women’s Health, Family Birthing, and Pediatrics Center. UPHS- Marquette offers the region’s only Level II Trauma Center and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
The Service Line Administrator (Administrator), Heart and Vascular Institute (Institute) will lead strategic growth while successfully collaborating with physicians and key stakeholders. The Administrator will build an innovative, progressive program. The position reports to the Chief Nursing Officer with dotted line to the Regional Vice President, Physician Services.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s and Master’s degree.
A minimum of five years of leadership experience in Heart and Vascular services.
Prior experience in a union organization is preferred.
Strong financial acumen.
