Vice President, Enterprise Clinical Services Huntington Health
Huntington Health (HH), a 544-bed, Level II trauma center in Southern California, seeks a highly skilled and collaborative leader to fill the Vice President, Enterprise Clinical Services role. This individual will provide strategic and operational leadership across key service lines, including surgical, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, respiratory, pulmonary services, and ambulatory care clinics. As a member of HH's progressive executive management team, the Vice President will focus on enhancing clinical service delivery, improving patient and staff experiences, and driving quality initiatives. The role requires direct leadership over clinical and non-clinical teams, emphasizing cost efficiency, service improvements, and ensuring high-quality, safe patient care acrossinpatient and outpatient settings.
As an affiliate of Cedars-Sinai Health System, HH provides specialized care in the San Gabriel Valley, including a comprehensive stroke center, a Level III NICU, and advanced heart and cancer services. It is also committed to innovation and teaching through its graduate medical education programs in partnership with other regional academic institutions. The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $325,000 to $370,000 annually, commensurate with the successful candidate's experience. In addition, there is an annual bonus opportunity.
