Description Oversight of operational duties of the  Cardiac Procedural Areas and 80 plus team members including RNs and Technicians.  Cath Lab: 2 Labs, 5 Recovery bays and 5 Pre-op bays IR: Cardiac CAT scan, PET scan, Cardiac MRI, and 1 Hybrid OR room Arrhythmia Institute/EP Lab: 3 procedural rooms;  6 pre and post-op bays  Responsibilities Leads nursing practice using the tenets of the Professional Practice Model of Relationship Centered Care and the Care Delivery Model of Modified Primary Nursing for the promotion of the patient experience. Demonstrates proficiency in all aspects of Purposeful Hourly Rounding (PHR) and role models expected behaviors.
