We require

• Minimum 3-5 years clinical OB/L&D RN experience
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Asst Nurse Manager)
• Strong Leadership skills with the ability to oversee and advance nursing practice and manage patient care operations.
• Flexible with time, excellent communication, organized and interpersonal skills.
• BSLS, ACLS, NRP

We prefer:

• BSN/MSN Degree
• Specialty certification
