Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Director of Nursing is a leadership position with direct and indirect patient care responsibilities. The Director of Nursing will collaborate with various stakeholders to establish, implement, and maintain best practices in nursing across all Howard Brown clinics including but not limited to ensuring appropriate clinical care delivered by nursing staff, appropriate support of care teams in delivery of care, and organization-wide accreditation readiness.
