This position will lead our team of Clinical Navigators at Carilion Clinic's new Cancer Program. Carilion Clinic is seeking a dynamic and experienced healthcare leader to serve as the Director of Oncology Navigation. This critical leadership role is responsible for the strategic direction, operational management, and ongoing development of Carilion’s oncology navigation program. The director will oversee a team dedicated to guiding patients through every phase of their cancer journey—from diagnosis to survivorship—ensuring seamless, high-quality, and patient-centered care across the continuum.   Provide strategic leadership across multiple departm
