Position Summary: The Director of Nursing provides strategic and hands-on leadership for all clinical operations at our busy, multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center. This role oversees the full nursing department, ensuring safe, efficient, patient-centered surgical care while upholding state, federal, Medicare, and accreditation standards. The DON partners closely with physicians, anesthesia providers, and administrative leadership to drive clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and a strong, collaborative nursing culture.
