Great River Health is looking for a confident, strategic leader to guide Diagnostic Imaging services across all campuses. This role oversees the full scope of imaging operations, including staffing, scheduling, budget management, equipment acquisition, and policy development. You’ll work closely with Radiologists, clinical teams, and Administration to ensure patients have timely access to high quality imaging and radiation oncology services. In this position, you’ll support teams across multiple locations, lead workforce planning efforts, and ensure performance evaluations and management practices are completed consistently. You’ll also participate in committees, strengthen communication pathways, and drive continuous improvement within a dynamic and growing hea
