The nurse manager will promote the mission and values of the organization and be an active advocate of providing quality patient care, excellent customer service and efficient health care. As a member of the management team, the nurse manager will be involved in system planning, budgeting, manpower planning and program development in order to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care.
Job Requirements:
- BSN required within 2 years from date into the position
- Oklahoma or applicable Multi-state RN license (upon hire)
- A minimum of 3 years L&D RN experience
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
- ACLS (within 30 days of hire)
- NRP (within 30 days of hire)
- Fetal Monitoring: Intermediate or Advanced (within 1 year of hire)
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Previous Charge or leadership experience
- STABLE Certification
