VP Nursing & CNO-Princeton
The Chief Nursing Officer is accountable and responsible for the strategic leadership and management of the assigned services on a 24-hour basis. The Chief Nursing Officer translates the objectives, plans, policies and procedures of Princeton Community Hospital and Continuous Care Center into effective actions to ensure quality patient care and manages the human and material resources of the unit to provide cost effective care. Develops and maintains programs to ensure comprehensive patient-centered care is delivered. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). 2. Master of Science in Hospital Administration or related discipline.
