Kirby Bates Associates has been exclusively retained to conduct their search for the newly created position of Chief Healthcare Operations Officer (CHOO).
The CHOO will play a pivotal role in driving clinical strategy, ensuring exceptional quality standards, spearheading the development and implementation of innovative clinical programs. The CHOO collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including laboratory operations, medical affairs, and business development, to optimize clinical operations and elevate the organization as a leader in the industry. The right candidate will be prepared to pioneer new technology solutions to meet the immediate needs of the organization’s partners across the United States.

Oversee the clinical operations of a growing organization of over 400 team members while advancing quality/patient management, cost effectiveness, and value optimization.
Seat at the table with a nimble, dynamic, and engaged leadership team.
Work remotely or at the corporate headquarters in desirable southern California in a fun team environment.
Bachelor’s degree with additional qualifications such as a master’s degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field are preferred.
Registered Nurses with diverse clinical and case management backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
Demonstrated experience in an operations leadership role within the healthcare delivery system is required.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective quality improvement initiatives and clinical workflow processes, with a track record of achieving measurable outcomes.
Track record of identifying and successfully implementing advanced technology solutions to meet a complex and ever-changing business environment.
Desire to work in a fast-paced private equity backed healthcare organization with a “See It, Own It, Solve It, Do It” philosophy.
