The region’s leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health, is seeking a per diem Nursing Supervisor to serve as the administrative representative for all hospital departments during weekend, evening and night shifts at our Mullica Hill, NJ location. You will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are met for patients of all ages while resolving problems that may arise. You will also monitor personnel performance and maintain cost containment in support of the Nurse Manager.

 This is a Per Diem Varied Shift position.

Qualifications:

• BSN required, with evidence of continuing education beyond generic program with emphasis on management, critical care nursing and public relations
• 3+ years of experience as an RN in acute care setting and progressive nursing leadership experience required
• Current licensure in the State of New Jersey
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred
• CPI initial for new hires within 60 days followed by annual de-escalation training
• Certification in area of specialty preferred
