Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Emergency Department and Cardiopulmonary Services. This is a full-time, day-shift leadership role for a Registered Nurse (RN) with strong management skills and a passion for acute care. The Nurse Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and set the standard of care for our trauma center and cardiopulmonary unit.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate nursing operations for Emergency Department and Cardiopulmonary units.
Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care in a Level III Trauma Center.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for acute care services.
Maintain compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
Participate in long-term planning and departmental goals to advance nursing leadership.

Qualifications
Current Hawai‘i RN license.
Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
Current BLS certification; additional certifications such as ACLS, TNCC, NRP may be required.
Minimum 3 years RN experience in an acute care hospital setting.
At least 1 year in a supervisory or charge nurse role.
Strong communication and leadership skills; proficiency in Word and Excel.
