This position is an exempt leadership role with 24/7 responsibility to our patients and our team.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Director is responsible for setting goals and vision for two or more services, implementation of regulatory standards and assist with strategic planning of Patient Services department. The Director has a focus on quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Satisfactory work experience, demonstrating nursing knowledge and skill, interest, leadership, and willingness to accept responsibility.
- Licensed to practice as a RN in Oklahoma.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in area of nursing supervision.
- Preferably two year's management experience.
- BSN required; masters and/or certification.
- Current CPR card or completion with in 30 days of employment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrates adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, to prepare and process information, supervise practice of employees, and monitor the environment.
- Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.
- Must be able to talk and hear to converse with others, in person, by phone, or other platforms.
- Demonstrates adequate stamina to deal with stressful situations and to complete necessary work schedule.
- Able to work in latex burdened environment.
