At Maimonides every nurse is a leader of patient care, dedicated to clinical excellence in every facet of their nursing practice. We are currently seeking an RN Assistant Nurse Manager in our Pediatric Emergency Department.
We require:
BSN.
Minimum 3-5 years Emergency Department experience essential.
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience (Charge Nurse or Team Leader).
Experience in staff education, orientation and competency validation.
Ability to work independently but also team oriented.
Excellent organizational, written/verbal communication and independent decision-making skills.
Current competency in Adult and Pediatric care including triage, resuscitation and CDU.
We prefer:
MSN.
Pediatric experience.
CEN/CPEN.
