Hospital-Affiliated Skilled Nursing Facility
Location: Within 1 Hour of Syracuse, NY
Moab Healthcare is seeking a high-impact Interim Director of Nursing to help stabilize and strengthen clinical operations at a hospital-affiliated skilled nursing facility in Central New York. This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned DON who enjoys stepping into complex environments, building strong teams, and delivering visible operational improvement in a short period of time.
Pay: based off $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Ideal Background
RN license with BSN or higher
5+ years of nursing leadership experience
Strong background in skilled nursing or long-term care operations
Experience improving regulatory readiness and survey outcomes
A leadership style that combines mentorship, accountability, and team engagement
